Job description for Assistant's Manager for HRGA at PT. Tri Tunggal Sinarmas
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Managing employee data, leave, attendance, and payroll input to ensure accurate, timely
processing using Human Resources System, especially Talenta.
· Leading end-to-end recruitment for staff levels and conducting onboarding for new
hires.
· Managing relations with employees, handling disputes, and ensuring compliance with local
labor laws.
· Implementing performance appraisals, KPI monitoring, and employee development plans.
· Controlling company assets, office equipment, vehicles, and facilities (maintenance,
security, and cleaning services)
· Supervising and training GA staff (messengers, security, cleaners, drivers).
· Handling company licensing, permits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
· Preparing reports on office expenses, facility maintenance, and asset tracking.
Key Requirements:
· 3- 5 years’ of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Team Leader/ Supervisor /Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources and General Affair or equivalent
· Familiar with HR Information System ( especially Talenta )
· Having experience in the F&B industry is preferred
· Strong understanding regarding Indonesian HR Regulations
· Male/ Female, max 35 years old. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Laws/ Psychology/
Management HR or equivalent
· Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email & Google
Drive)
· Communicative & detail Oriented Ability to solve practical problems and carry out
responsibilities under general supervision
· Have a good commitment & responsibilities
· Able to work in a fast pace & challenging environment
· Willing to work in Kota Tangerang area.
