Job description for ASSISTANT TUTOR & COACH at PT.Educare Literasi Plus

Explora & CasCisCus are looking for an Assistant Tutor & Coach to join our team in Jakarta!

You'll work alongside our Lead Tutors and Lead Coaches, helping children learn, play, move, explore, and grow. 🌈

What you'll do:

- Assist tutors & coaches during activities

- Help children participate safely and confidently

- Prepare materials & equipment

- Help keep the learning/activity space organized

- Give extra attention to children who need it

- Support events and special programs

- Learn together with our team

We'd love to meet you if you are:

- Genuinely love working with children

- Patient, caring & approachable

- Energetic and enjoy being active

- Responsible and willing to learn

- Comfortable working as part of a team

- Good at communicating with people

Experience with children, education, sports, or activities is a plus — but not a must!
