Assistant to General Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the chairman of the board to handle daily work, ensure timely and effective transmission, follow-up, and feedback of various information to superiors and subordinates to ensure the smooth progress of all work;
2. Organize and archive various documents, documents, reports, summaries and other materials, and be responsible for the translation, review and release of relevant documents and materials of the chairman;
3. Responsible for following up on the agenda of various meetings, writing and following up on company meeting minutes, inspecting and supervising the implementation of meeting resolutions, advancing the progress of matters and reporting in a timely manner;
4. Assist the general manager to receive visiting customers, including reception planning, organizing activities, etc.;
5. Various tasks assigned temporarily;

Qualifications
HANYA PELAMAR YANG DAPAT BERBAHASA MANDARIN YANG DAPAT DI PROSES
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in administration, business management or related majors;
2. Have Chinese speaking ability and be able to quickly translate relevant document information and ensure the quality of translation, can speak and write Chinese.
3. Have good business etiquette, dignified and decent image, good overall quality, and strong language expression ability;
4. Have the ability to handle affairs efficiently and quickly and a strong sense of time;
