Job description for Assistant Teacher (JR Kinderland) at JR Education
We are looking for a warm, creative, and committed Assistant Teacher to join our Kindergarten team and help nurture the next generation with care and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Main Teacher in conducting daily lessons and classroom routines.
- Assist children during learning and playtime, both individually and in groups.
- Use English as the main language of communication with students.
- Maintain a safe, joyful, and inspiring learning environment.
- Encourage creativity, independence, and good character in children.
- Participate in school events, class activities, and collaborative planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, English Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Loves working with young children, with a caring and cheerful personality.
- Able to work well in a team, adaptable, and responsible.
- Teaching experience in early childhood or kindergarten is a strong advantage.
- Able to play guitar or lead music/singing activities is a plus.
