A F&B Company in Pecatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Assistant Social Media Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Film and produce short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
Capture daily activities, venue atmosphere, events, and guest experiences
Edit content independently using mobile or editing tools
Assist in managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
Schedule and publish content consistently
Visit and move between venues in Uluwatu to capture content
Identify real-time content opportunities (events, peak hours, unique moments)
Maintain a strong visual direction aligned with lifestyle and hospitality trends
Contribute ideas for content themes, trends, and improvements
Requirements:
Proven working experience as an Assistant Social Media Manager or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Able to film and self-edit short-form video contents
Familiar with mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
