We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales performance.
Requirements:
* Female only.
* Age requirement 24-35 years old.
* Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
* Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving regional sales targets.
* Strong knowledge of the market and customer.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to travel regularly within the assigned area.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the (building materials, construction, etc.).
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
* Leadership qualities with a strategic mindset.
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
