Job description for ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER at Bali Relaxing Resort and Spa
General Requirements:
- Male / Female, maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Management, Business, Marketing, or Tourism/Hospitality)
- Relevant work experience in Sales & Marketing (minimum 1 year for Executive level, and 3–5 years for Managerial level)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with high confidence
- Highly target-oriented, honest, disciplined, and possessing strong work integrity
- Able to work independently as well as in a team under pressure
- Proficient in operating computers (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/sales management systems
- Fluent in Indonesian with good proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive work attitude
