We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor and Assistant Restaurant Manager, someone who shares our passion for delivering outstanding service and fostering a positive work environment.
The Restaurant Supervisor and Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, maintaining high standards of customer service, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, and ensuring that all guest expectations are met. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for training new employees, monitoring inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant by supporting the manager in achieving business goals.
We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 3 to 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Strong skills in customer service, leadership, knowledge of F&B operations, restaurant management, and effective communication are essential.
