Giselle Canggu Bali is looking for an Assistant Manager Restaurant
Giselle Canggu Bali is looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems, reservation management, cashier procedures, inventory control, and team supervision, while maintaining excellent guest service standards.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Support and supervise all departments (service, bar, housekeeping, host desk)
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Coordinate schedules, staff performance, and shift planning
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control with relevant departments
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Train and guide team members to ensure consistent service quality
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role (F&B required)
• Able to communicate in basic English
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours
• Professional grooming and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced operations
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems, reservation systems, cashier procedures, and daily reporting.
