What Will You Do?
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Oversee front-of-house and floor operations during shifts
- Lead, supervise, and support the service team on the floor
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are met
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues
- Coordinate with building management and external parties
- Monitor inventory and support stock control
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, reporting, and daily briefings
Who Are We Looking For?
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager (FOH & BOH) in F&B
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about hospitality
