Assistant Producer: The Go-To Person That Manages Things Well!
We're on the hunt for a talented Producer to join us at Lèngua. You'll be our go-to person for handling exciting projects. Think TikTok and Reels, making awesome videos and photos, planning events, and even getting cool stuff for our clients. Your superpower? Making sure everything happens just right.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with the agency side, to manage production stuff.
- Work with the creative team to fulfill what each project needs.
- Make sure projects happen smoothly, from start to finish.
- Talk to people like camera people, editors, freelancers, and vendors to get things done.
- Keep track of time so projects finish on time.
- Build networks outside the office to get more 3rd party lists.
- Make sure we don't spend too much money but still make things look great.
- Solve problems that come up during projects.
- Talk to everyone on the team to keep things running smoothly.
What You Bring:
- Know how to manage projects and work with deadlines.
- Have numbers of functioning 3rd party networks (art vendors, camera persons, editors, & etc.).
- Be really organized and pay attention to the details.
- Understand digital marketing, creative stuff, and social media.
- Talk nicely with others and work well in a team.
- Have experience with different projects, from TikTok contents to commercials.
- Be good at fixing problems and making decisions.
- Be someone who takes charge and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Have worked in this field for at least 1 years.
