ASSISTANT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in all major
- Professional qualification such as Indonesian CPA or equivalent, with experience in a manufacturing company
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manager Administrator and in legal-related functions
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication and operational activities with Mandarin-speaking management or business partners
- Translate and review business and legal documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with company requirements
- Assist the Manager in preparing, reviewing, and managing company legal documents, including contracts and licences
- Ensure administrative processes and company activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies
- Oversee the filing and management of legal documents and support the company licensing process
- Provide reports and operational support to the Manager regarding communication, legal, and compliance matters
