Job description for Assistant Manager at 14DAYPILOT FLIGHT ACADEMY
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager to support daily operations and strategic projects across multiple divisions, including marketing, sales, airplane management, and administration. The role covers micro-managing projects and daily team tasks, coordinating with the marketing department, attending client/prospect meetings, managing documents and administration, executing and following up on tasks from CEO/Manager, as well as drafting and maintaining documents such as SOPs, circulars, and agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA (D3/S1 preferred) with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office
- Advanced English communication skills, persuasive and responsive
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and disciplined work style
- Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
- Project management certification is a plus
