- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven experience using ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production, inventory, purchasing, or supply chain processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Previous experience as a Translator, Assistant Manager, Management Staff, or ERP-related position is preferred.
