About the Job
Work Responsibilities:
- Identify the overlap between available resources, company's growth road map, and clients needs.
- Capture client needs and translate or map it into possible scopes or solutions roadmap, appropriate technology stack within Google Marketing Platform, or any other custom solutions within the capabilities of the team.
- Set and enforce the standard of quality for department scopes and projects.
- Continuously optimize internal processes and plan for long-term team growth.
- Set priorities and manage resources for ongoing department scopes and projects.
- Provide leadership & mentorship for a team members to ensure that their value would be greater than the sum of their parts.
- Oversee the Client & Vendor Relationship Management.

Experience:
- You have 3+ years of experience leading & mentoring a team in analytics, marketing technology, data, or similar fields.
- Exposure to Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics required.
- Exposure to cloud related technologies, e.g. GCP is a great advantage.
- Experience in business development is preferred.
- Experience from a performance digital marketing agency is a plus.
Domain Knowledge:
- You have a proven track record of efficient project management in analytics, marketing technology, or similar fields.
- Your existing team and references will vouch for your capabilities in building and nurturing a team with a positive legacy.
