𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Develop revenue strategies and commercial plans to achieve business targets
• Plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns and promotional programs
• Manage commercial targets and monitor achievement across relevant channels
• Analyze sales and campaign performance, including ROI, to identify revenue optimization opportunities
• Conduct data analysis and forecasting to support business planning and decision-making
• Monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
• Manage and monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and overall execution
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Based in Bandung or willing to work on-site in Bandung
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial, Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Campaign Management
• Strong understanding of revenue planning, commercial strategy, and campaign management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales performance, ROI analysis, and forecasting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven, commercially minded, and able to work in a target-driven environment
