Job description for Assistant Manager - Restaurant at PT Ekaya Business Solutions
We are looking for a Assistant Manager to support running daily operations and ensuring excellent guest service, for a chain of restaurant in Bali. The job location is Gianyar Ubud, candidates with restaurant experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant floor operations, service standards, and staff performance.
Manage guest experience, complaints, and service recovery.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor table turnover, ticket times, and overall service efficiency.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and daily briefings.
Monitor inventory, wastage, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.
Handle cash/POS closing and basic daily sales reporting.
Support the Restaurant Manager with achieving sales, cost, and operational targets.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
Strong communication and team-management skills.
Good understanding of restaurant service and guest handling.
Comfortable using Excel and POS systems.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and busy service periods.
English communication skills preferred.
Benefits:
Basic Salary : 5-7 Million IDR/month
Probation : 2 Months
