Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation
• Good analytical skills in pricing and cost efficiency
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a project-based environment (engineering/construction is preferred)
• Experience in a similar industry, especially fire protection systems, is an advantage
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred
Job Description:
• Manage the purchasing process for project and operational needs
• Source, evaluate, and develop relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers
• Monitor purchasing budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams (Project, Engineering, Warehouse) regarding material requirements
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company SOPs and project timelines
• Prepare purchasing reports, cost analysis, and supplier evaluations
