We are PT China Trading Indonesia, a company operating in the service industry. Our core business focuses on providing comprehensive import and export services, including customs clearance, ordering, payments, and inspection support. In addition, we offer a range of corporate services such as company registration, visa processing, taxation services, and car rental solutions.
We are currently seeking a Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker) who is available to work in Jakarta. The position involves supporting the Director as a translator and assisting in promoting our services to clients. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Assist foreign Director in day-to-day activities
- Help bridge communication between customers, staff, and the Director.
- Perform general administrative work.
- Assist as a translator.
- Promote and explain company's services to foreign customers
General Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin Speaking
- Limited proficiency or above in Mandarin writing is a plus
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Driving skills are a plus
- Understanding in one of the following fields (taxation, export-import, or e-visa processing) will be preferred.
