ASSISTANT MANAGER & TRANSLATOR MANDARIN
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field / major
- Professional qualification such as Indonesian CPA (or equivalent), with prior experience in a manufacturing company
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager and in marketing-related functions
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required / highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate daily communication and marketing operations between local teams, senior management, foreign business partners, or Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Translate and review marketing and business documents (including promotional materials, presentations, partnership proposals, and reports) between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
- Provide accurate oral interpretation during business meetings, contract negotiations, presentations, and management visits.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, preparing regular marketing performance reports for management.
- Oversee marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) and supervise the execution of promotional events and activations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, strategic partners, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Support daily marketing team operations, including budget tracking, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
