Job description for Assistant Manager Accounting Finance at RATU PERTIWI GROUP

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi atau Keuangan.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Finance & Accounting, dengan minimal 1–2 tahun pada posisi Supervisor atau Assistant Manager.

Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan retail multi-outlet.

Memahami proses akuntansi, laporan keuangan, budgeting, cash flow, perpajakan, dan rekonsiliasi bank.

Memahami pengelolaan transaksi penjualan, petty cash, pembayaran vendor, serta pencatatan keuangan outlet.

Mampu melakukan analisis laporan keuangan dan memastikan keakuratan data sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku.

Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan sistem ERP atau software akuntansi.

Memiliki kemampuan analisis, ketelitian, leadership, dan problem solving yang baik.

Mampu mengawasi tim Finance & Accounting serta memastikan pekerjaan selesai sesuai deadline.

Memiliki integritas tinggi, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
