Job Description
- Create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students.
- Reviewing classroom or curricula topics and assignments
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of students.
- Work with students in the classroom to promote their learning and development.
- Observe and evaluate students' performance and development.
- Understand the Lecturer's routine when delivering a lesson plan and running the class if the Lecturer is absent on a particular day.
- Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with students and parents.
- To provide daily feedback to Lecturers and Academic Team for students you have worked with.
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Business and Management or a similar field from a reputable university
- Possess experience in supporting the learning of students within the age range of 12 - 17 years within an International setting or peers of similar age.
- Possess good written and verbal English language proficiency.
- Possess an understanding of the UK/International Curriculum
- Possess communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students and other parties effectively.
- Possess good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Suites and Apple).
- Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, strong communication skills, and detail-oriented
- Can start immediately
Duration & Working Hours
- 12 months, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
