ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

What You’ll Do
- Act as the General Manager’s right hand and second in command.
- Turn the GM’s vision, direction, and standards into consistent daily execution.
- Take ownership of daily restaurant operations and operational performance.
- Think ahead, identify potential issues, and solve problems before they become bigger.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team.
- Manage daily manpower, scheduling, and operational priorities.
- Lead by example, stay hands-on, and work alongside the team every shift.
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, guest experience, and SOP standards are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Front of House, Kitchen, and Bar teams.
- Take charge of the operation when the General Manager is not present.
- Support the General Manager in achieving operational, financial, and team performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently living in Bali (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Operations Manager.
- OR minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Fluent spoken English is absolutely mandatory. You must be confident communicating professionally with international guests, management, and team members.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Naturally confident, energetic, and comfortable leading people.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Highly proactive and solution oriented. you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done.
- Professional, well mannered, accountable, and detail oriented.
- Ready to work in a fast paced, high performance environment.
Working Shifts
1. Morning: 10:00-17:00 WITA
2. Evening: 17:00-00:00 WITA
3. Night: 00:00-05:30 WITA
