-Job Description:
-Handle daily messages (clients, partners, internal)
-Manage schedule, appointments, and deadlines
-Follow up on tasks and ensure everything runs on time
-Keep all information, orders, and details well organized
-Assist with daily coordination and communication
-Support the designer in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
-Good communication skills (chat & basic English)
-Good looking
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Good time management and able to handle multiple tasks
-Proactive and able to take initiative
-Fast response and responsible
-Experience as assistant or similar role is a plus
Working hours: Monday - Saturday | 9am-6pm
Location : Pantai Indah Kapuk
