Job description for ASSISTANT DEPLOYMENT MANAGER at Medi Group

QUALIFICATION

  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, English, or other relevant fields
  2. Proven leadership ability with experience in managing and developing teams
  3. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal abilities
  4. Service-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, target driven environment
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience in deployment, hospitality, or related operations is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure effective daily deployment operations, including departure documentation
  2. Lead and coordinate the team to achieve targets with accuracy and timeliness
  3. Monitor processes while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
