Job description for Assistant Club Manager at Pilates Re Bar
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set by the company and drive overall studio performance
- Prepare and coordinate grand opening or soft opening activities for new studios
- Ensure daily studio operational activities run smoothly and efficiently
- Lead, manage, and supervise the studio team to maintain high performance standards
- Maintain studio cleanliness, facilities, and inventory availability
- Deliver excellent service to members and handle feedback or complaints professionally
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic alliances or third-party vendors to support promotional activities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor or Manager level position within a similar role
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Familiarity with the Pilates or Fitness Industry will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with strong sales mindset
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also capable of working independently
- Well-organized, able to multitask effectively, and service-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Spreadsheet
- Willing to work in shift schedules (Morning & Afternoon)
