Role Description:
Assistant Center Director is responsible to help Center Director with the overall management and growth of an EF Center. They ensure high academic quality and production efficiency to drive customer satisfaction and student retention. Assistant Center Director is an effective communicator who can establish and maintain a positive, collaborative working culture and lead the team to success. They follow the regulations and procedures of EF Center Standard Operating Procedures (EF SOP) and are supported by EF’s regional support team.
Role Report and Communication:
The role will report to the Partner or CD Coordinator and Center Director and will have strong communication lines with:
Senior Teaching Manager
PA / Senior PA / PA Supervisor / PA Manager
CC / Senior CC / CC Supervisor / CC Manager
Marketing Coordinator
Assistant Center Director will have strong communication lines with the following Central Support personnel:
Regional Director (RD)
Regional Sales & Marketing Manager (RSMM)
Regional Customer Experience Manager (CXM)
Regional Academic Operations Manager (AOM)
Regional Marketing PIC
Roles and Responsibilities:
Growing the Center
Working along Center Director to ensure centers achieve their KPI.
Collaborate with other division to plan and execute marketing activities to build, maintain and promote the brand in the local market, and attract potential customers.
Supervise the sales team and manage the sales processes to achieve set targets in day to day.
Work with the Senior Teaching Manager to optimize school operations and ensure teaching quality and high student satisfaction and retention.
Managing the Center:
Develop and oversee full collaboration and cooperation among all the departments.
Continuously maintain a safe, clean, functioning, and friendly center environment that follows EF standards.
Job Description:

Recruit the best people to fill all roles in the center using established L2H procedures.
Ensure all staff members receive appropriate induction, coaching, mentoring and ongoing training.
Requirements:
Minimum S1 degree. Ideally in business management.
At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced growth environment, independently handling overall management and working with people from different cultures.
Able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and staff management.
Sales and marketing background. Previous experience in meeting sales targets is a plus.
Organizational abilities, detail-oriented and able to manage complex multifaceted organization.
Problem-solver and self-motivated.
Can work under pressure and has good analytical skills.
Basic finance management skills.
Good computer skills, including MS-Office
