Job description for Assistant Bar Manager at Mozaic Restaurant Ubud
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in bar or Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leader capacity
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is highly preferred
- Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine pairing, and current beverage trends
- Proficiency in managing bar inventory, performing stock-takes, minimizing wastage, tracking portion control, and ordering supplies to maintain optimal cost efficiency
- Strict knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations (HACCP standards), and local licensing laws regarding alcohol service
- Strong communication, leadership, motivational and people skills
- Able to join immediately
