Job Qualification

Minimal S1 Hukum.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Legal/Compliance.
Memiliki lisensi/kualifikasi Advokat (wajib).
Memahami hukum ketenagakerjaan dan regulasi terkait.
Mampu melakukan review kontrak dan analisis permasalahan hukum.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan analisis yang baik.
Teliti, berintegritas, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

Job Description

Mengelola dan memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap peraturan dan kebijakan yang berlaku.
Melakukan review dan penyusunan perjanjian serta dokumen legal.
Memberikan legal advice dan menangani permasalahan hukum perusahaan.
Memahami dan menangani aspek hukum ketenagakerjaan.
Mengidentifikasi serta memitigasi risiko hukum dan compliance.
Berkoordinasi dengan internal maupun pihak eksternal terkait kebutuhan legal.
