Job description for Asset Management at PT Computrade Technology International
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including asset sourcing, inventory control, maintenance monitoring, asset transfers, disposal, and documentation to ensure effective asset utilization and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate building and facility management activities, including maintenance, infrastructure improvements, office renovations, workspace relayouts, and facility development projects to support business operations.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities, analyze asset and facility issues, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate and evaluate vendor performance to ensure service quality, cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company standards.
- Develop and improve asset and facility management procedures, maintain accurate operational reports, and provide recommendations to optimize processes and ensure service quality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Asset Management or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Willing to conduct on-site inspections and visits to monitor asset conditions, facility maintenance, project progress, and vendor performance when required.
