Job Description:
- Assist in conducting stock opname in warehouses and retail stores
- Support inventory checking and ensure data accuracy between physical stock and system records
- Archive and organize stock opname documents in digital systems (e.g., Google Drive)
- Assist in basic administrative tasks related to asset and inventory control
- Support coordination with related teams during stock opname activities
- Help monitor and maintain proper documentation of inventory record.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated (D3/S1) in any major (preferably Accounting, Management, or Logistics)
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling data
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiar with digital filing systems (e.g., Google Drive)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Willing to work on-site and support operational activities (including store visits)
