1. Menginput data barang masuk, barang keluar, dan perpindahan aset ke dalam sistem secara akurat

2. Melakukan rekonsiliasi dan audit fisik barang secara berkala

3. Melakukan tagging atau penomoran kode unik pada setiap aset baru perusahaan

4. Menyusun tata letak penyimpanan barang inventaris agar rapi dan mudah dicari

5. Menyusun laporan mutasi aset dan sisa stok barang setiap bulan kepada manajemen

6. Memproses permintaan barang dari pengguna (user) dan bekerja sama dengan bagian pembelian (procurement)
