Job description for Asset & Facility Management Supervisor at MINESKI INDONESIA

Requirements:

  1. Experienced in general affairs, including office maintenance, managing security and cleaners, budgeting, and office expansion
  2. Maintaining various assets including registration, tracking, maintenance, and disposal
  3. Managing team to supervise warehouse, making sure all goods are accounted
  4. Maintain up-to-date asset movement
  5. Coordinate with other divisions for asset availability
  6. Coordinate with the logistic team for loading in/out plan, manage manpower planning, and discuss with the operations team for schedule
  7. Develop a system for asset movement tracker, general affairs issue tracker, and logistic SOP
  8. Conduct regular audit
  9. Produce reports for asset usage after the event and regularly for non-event assets.
