Job description for Assessment Center Assessor at Daya Dimensi Indonesia
Main Responsibility
• Conduct Assessment Center as interviewer, role player, and report writer
• Ensure Assessment Center service objectives are achieved
Requirements
• Bachelor degree from any major (Psychology preferred)
• Effective Communication in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in any industry, corporate or consultancy
• A minimum 30 years old and max 45 years old
• Proficiency in Ms. Office
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking and able to work in detail
• Fast and continuous learning
• Tech Savvy
• Capable to work in a short time
• Willing to be assigned in offline Assessment Center
