We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and daily administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and shipping teams regarding customer orders.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Assist with product information, pricing, and shipping arrangements.
- Support the sales team in ensuring smooth daily business operations.
Requirements
- Female or male, with a minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities.
- Responsible, proactive, honest, and willing to learn.
- Experience in sales administration, customer service, or export business is an advantage.
