The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business. You will work closely with the Manager to oversee production, sales, customer relations, and team coordination — ensuring that Sadus Tiles continues to deliver exceptional products and service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily business operations across production, sales, and administration
- Monitor and coordinate production schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Support the sales team in handling inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
- Help manage and motivate the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team on stock management
- Support marketing efforts including social media coordination and client communication
- Prepare reports and updates for management on sales, operations, and team performance
- Represent Sadus Tiles and the Darmada Group professionally in all client and partner interactions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in manufacturing, retail, interior design, or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- A genuine passion for design, craftsmanship, and artisan products
- Experience in the interior design, hospitality, or tile/building materials industry is a strong advantage
- Based in Bali
