Head Floor
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, manage front-line staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will act as the direct link between the staff on the floor and upper management, ensuring that all safety, service, and inventory standards are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Operations Management: Oversee front-line daily operations to optimize efficiency, maintain high service standards, and drive sales goals.
• Team Leadership & Scheduling: Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff members. Coordinate weekly scheduling, distribute daily tasks, and monitor employee performance and compliance with company policies.
• Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly and resolve any service issues, queries, or customer complaints in a professional, real-time manner.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, handle stock rotation, verify incoming deliveries, and minimize waste or product spoilage.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensure a secure work environment, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain files, logbooks, and records of daily expenses or operational incidents to report directly to upper management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position within retail, hospitality, or a related fast-paced industry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities. Proven track record of handling high-stress situations and problem-solving effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems, inventory management software, and basic office machinery/MS Office.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including readiness to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
