ASSINTANT GM– EDU ECO TOURISM
📍Located in Kampong Teripang, Bintan (Easy access from Singapore)

Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Oversee daily operations in coordination with the Operational Manager.
Growth: Drive marketing initiatives and visitor growth (Singapore & Domestic market).
Partnership: Build relations with travel agents, schools, and corporate groups.
Innovation: Develop new business opportunities and eco-tourism programs.
Leadership: Lead and upskill the local team to international service standards.
Qualifications:
- Preferred age range up to max 40 years old.
- Min. 3-5 years of leadership experience (Tourism/Hospitality/Business Dev) is a plus.
- High energy, agile, and adaptable in a growing eco-tourism business.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record in driving revenue.
- Fluent in English (Mandatory).
- Comfortable working in an outdoor/eco-tourism environment.
- Experience with the Singapore or overseas market is a major plus.
- Willing to be based in Bintan full-time.
