Requirements:
- Medication preparation: Assisting with dispensing medications, counting drugs, weighing medications, and preparing labels
- Customer service: Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about products and services
- Inventory management: Maintaining accurate records of medications and supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders for replenishment
- Record-keeping :Maintaining pharmacy drugs records, updating relevant information, and filing document
- Data entry: Entering customer information into a computer system, organizing files and records, and compiling reports
- Pharmacy operations: Helping with staffing, cleaning and maintaining the pharmacy, stocking shelves, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Compliance: Assistant Pharmacists must adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations governing the practice of pharmacy. This includes maintaining patient confidentiality, avoiding conflicts of interest, and following all relevant laws and regulation
