POSITION SUMMARY
A Tax & Accounting Assistant Manager is responsible for managing daily financial entries via Accurate Accounting Software, preparing accurate financial reports, managing tax planning and compliance, and ensuring general ledger accuracy in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Financial Recordkeeping: Process, record, and maintain daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using Accurate Accounting Software.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly/annual closing reports.
• Tax Administration & Compliance: Compute, prepare, and file corporate/individual taxes, ensuring strict compliance with local tax regulations and reporting deadlines (including PPh 21/23/26/4(2)/25, PPN, e-Faktur, e-SPT, and e-Bupot).
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, customer balances, and tax accounts to ensure data accuracy.
• Document Management: Maintain organized, complete, and confidential financial records, invoices, tax invoices (Faktur Pajak), and payment vouchers.
• Audit & Internal Support: Support internal and external audit processes, as well as tax audits, by preparing required schedules and supporting documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Mandatory Certification: MUST HOLD A VALID BREVET A & B CERTIFICATION.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax functions.
• Mandatory Technical Skills:
• Active Brevet A & B certification with a strong, up-to-date understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficiency in operating Accurate Accounting Software.
• Strong command of standard accounting principles, journal entries, and financial report preparation.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial formulas).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, integrity, and the ability to meet tight tax and financial deadlines.
