- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in business development and investment promotion activities.
- Coordinate and support visits from Chinese industry associations, business delegations, and industrial-chain enterprises.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain investment promotion materials, presentations, and business documentation.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with local stakeholders, government agencies, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and collect relevant business information.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and business networking activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
2. Requirements & Qualifications
- - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
- - Age between 20 and 35 years old.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- - Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- - Experience in data collection, research, and document management is preferred.
- - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and video editing software is a plus.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
3. Language Requirements:
- Mandatory: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Bonus: Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
