: Asset Acquisition & Lelang Specialist URGENT
Company: Radyan Real Estate/Radyan Copration
Location: Tatura Selatan, Palu Selatan, Palu City, Central Sulawesi 94110 (on-site/remote )
Hours: Monday – Saturday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Auction & Sourcing: Identify distressed property/land via lelang.go.id, bank foreclosures (KPKNL), and private auctions.
Due Diligence & Transfer: Audit titles (SHM/SHGB), taxes (BPHTB/PBB), and perform site surveys. Handle BPN/PPAT title transfers (Balik Nama) and physical handovers.
Rental & Resale Marketing: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to lease acquired homes or flip them for resale at maximum ROI.
Requirements
2+ years experience in Indonesian real estate, auction acquisitions, and property marketing.
Strong knowledge of local legal, tax, and BPN procedures.
Fluent English (speaking and written) is required.
salary 1,300,000/month(Part-time on-site/remote
salary 2.600.000/month(full time on-site/remote)
full time remote working hours
shift work, 4 hours in the afternoon 12-4 pm
4 hours a night 9-1 am
