We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Art Visual Assistant Manager in the fashion industry who can support our creative initiatives and help bring visual ideas to life across all brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual design, understand brand consistency, and work collaboratively with various teams to ensure high-quality visual outputs.
Objectives of this role:
- Support the Art/Creative team in executing visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity and marketing strategy.
- Assist in managing design schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
- Help maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and innovation across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, merchandising, and digital teams to ensure visual materials support business goals.
- Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh perspectives to enhance the brand's visual direction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing creative assets, including campaign visuals, in-store displays, digital content, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with designers and vendors to ensure artwork production meets brand and quality standards.
- Translate creative briefs into visual outputs by supporting concept development and execution.
- Provide feedback on design drafts, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and support revisions based on internal reviews.
- Help oversee and organize design files, creative assets, and production materials for efficiency and accessibility.
- Monitor competitor visuals and fashion design trends to inspire and inform creative direction.
- Support the Art Manager/Creative Head in daily operations, project follow-ups, and team coordination.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
- Experience as creative head
- Solid knowledge of photography and video production
- Eight or more years of professional experience in graphic design, with four or more years in a management role
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
- Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping
- Highly skilled in leading a team of creatives
- Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives
- Fluency in English
