Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented individual to support the daily
operations of our art studio. This role combines assisting in art classes, engaging with students,
and handling administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Studio Support
Assist the lead teacher during art classes (preparing materials, guiding students,
maintaining flow of class)
Help set up and clean up before and after each session
Monitor student safety and maintain a positive classroom environment
2. Administrative Duties
Manage class schedules, bookings, and attendance records
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email
Maintain inventory of art supplies and flag restocking needs
Support event/workshop coordination when needed
3. Customer Experience
Greet and assist walk-in customers and students
Provide information about classes, packages, and studio offerings.
RequirementsInterest in art, creativity, or education (basic art skills are a plus)
Friendly, patient, and good with children
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with basic admin tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, social media)
Prior experience in teaching, retail, or customer service is a plus

Strong communication skills
