RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and oversee the creative team, including Social Media, Content Creator, Graphic Designer, Videographer, Photographer, and KOL.
* Develop creative concepts and visual direction for marketing and branding campaigns.
* Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline channels.
* Direct photoshoots, video productions, and campaign executions.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to produce impactful creative content.
* Review and maintain the quality of all creative outputs.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Lead.
*Preferred background: Fashion, Apparel, Retail, or Lifestyle industry.*
* Experienced in leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
* Strong portfolio in branding, campaign, social media, photography, and video.
* Up-to-date with design, fashion, and digital content trends.
* Strong leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills.
