Responsibilities:
- Translate creative and marketing campaign brief into comprehensive visual assets
- Manage, supervise, and review the work of creative team (designer, motion artist, videographer, freelancer)
- Working closely with Content and Strategist team to develop innovative marketing campaign deliverables
- lead creative team in preparing Creative visual output, digital & printed output
- Adapt and Agile to learn new technique and skills in design and creative
- research on new trends and help team to achieve comprehensive results
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications
- 2 years experience as Jr. Art Director or Art Director
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative suites programs
- A good eye for designing, typography, editorial layout
- Strong experience in branding and digital campaign project
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Agile and passionate with social media trend and creative industry
