Job description for Art Director at Balans Lifestyle Supplement
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and provide creative direction to the Graphic Design team, ensuring high-quality and on-brand visual execution.
- Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity across all marketing, retail, digital, and offline touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, packaging, merchandise, POSM, retail displays, event branding, exhibition booths, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into impactful creative concepts and campaigns.
- Review, approve, and ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards, production requirements, and quality expectations.
- Manage creative projects, timelines, and external vendors to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.
- Continuously drive creative innovation by identifying design trends, improving creative processes, and elevating the overall brand experience.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Art Direction, Senior Graphic Design, or Creative Leadership.
- Proven experience leading a team of designers and managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in:
- Brand identity implementation
- Marketing collateral
- Packaging design
- Merchandise
- POSM
- Retail branding
- Exhibition booth and event design
- Campaign creative development
- Strong understanding of print production, fabrication processes, and production-ready artwork.
- Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma and basic 3D visualization is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives and business needs.
