Job Description
1. Develop creative visual concepts based on client briefs and internal marketing strategies
2. Lead and maintain the overall visual direction across projects, especially TVC/DVC and digital video content
3. Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of 3D visual outputs aligned with the creative vision
4. Collaborate closely with Creative, 3D, and Production teams to execute ideas from concept to final delivery
5. Support and guide teams in building strong visual storytelling and execution
6. Ensure brand consistency across all campaign materials
7. Supervise production processes including video shoots, editing, and post-production
8. Provide clear direction, feedback, and creative guidance to maintain high-quality standards
9. Stay updated with industry trends, advertising insights, and visual culture
10. Present creative concepts to clients and manage revisions based on feedback
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
2. 3–5 years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, or related industries
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
4. Solid understanding of 3D workflows and visual development pipelines
5. Familiarity with Google Workspace for collaboration and project coordination
6. Strong understanding of video production and post-production processes
7. Ability to translate ideas into impactful visual executions
8. Good understanding of advertising trends and visual storytelling
9. Experience in 3D projects or having a strong 3D portfolio is a big advantage
