We are looking for an Art Director with refined design eyes and an exceptional background in digital, branding, and content work, who is able to demonstrate their expertise to solve communication and marketing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Receiving and discussing briefs on jobs
• Daily review of job status with the Creative supervisors
• Coordinating with all the departments
• Responsible for the quality and accuracy of released materials, and ensuring that they are prepared on time
• Responsible for giving visual concepts, artistic elements to use, and articulating the vision and direction of the Creative Director into clear and creative ideas with Copywriter and Designers.
• BA in Graphic, Digital Media, Visual Communication Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
• A deep understanding of design principles with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in brand identity design, data visualization and illustration is also valued
• Ability to keep up with current trends in digital design, development and communication technologies
• An initiator, with a positive attitude and collaborative personality.
• The ability to define and document great user-centered digital experiences
• Experience supervising junior or production designers
• The ability to clearly and confidently present works in front of both internal and external audiences
• Experience with agile process
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—in particular Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effect, Premiere, and/or Animation softwares is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript is a plus
