Job description for Arsitek at PT BALIEST VILLAS INVESTMENT
We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Architect to join our team and support the design and delivery of high quality architectural projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of architectural design and construction, good technical drawing skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
- Translate design concepts into practical, functional, and buildable solutions.
- Develop architectural designs from concept stage through design development and construction documentation.
- Coordinate architectural designs with Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and assessments of existing site conditions when required.
- Incorporate client feedback and project requirements into design revisions.
- Review drawings and project documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Assist in identifying and resolving design and technical issues during the design and construction stages.
- Participate in client, consultant, and project coordination meetings when required.
- Support the project team throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through construction.
- Assist with site supervision and construction coordination when required.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (S1 Arsitektur).
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Experience in villa, residential, hospitality, resort, or commercial projects is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural construction, materials, methods, and detailing.
- Ability to produce accurate, detailed, and buildable construction drawings.
- Basic understanding of structural and MEP coordination.
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and design sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant architectural projects is required.
- Good written and spoken English is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury villas, high end residential, hospitality, or resort projects, particularly in Bali.
- Experience managing projects from concept design through construction documentation.
- Experience with site supervision and construction coordination.
- Understanding of BOQ, budgeting, and value engineering.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction practices and standards.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
